The Apache RTR 160 4V model is equipped with telescopic fork suspension with 270mm bidel disc brake at the front and monoshock suspension with 200mm disc variant with dual channel ABS at the rear. Additionally, there are variants with rear drum brakes and single channel ABS.

Hero Extreme 160R 4V bike has front telescopic fork suspension and monoshock absorber. There is a 276mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear with single channel ABS. It has tubeless tires of 100/80-17 at the front and 130/80-17 at the rear.
